PleoRoom.com does not match the price of its online merchandise with the price offered by other companies.

Volume Discounts
PleoRoom.com does not offer discounts on large orders of a single item or on large orders of many individual items. We reserve the right to limit quantities.

Delivery Charges
These charges will be included in the Shipping & Handling subtotal of your order.

Order Processing
PleoRoom.com ships orders on Monday through Friday only in accordance to the schedule set by Pensonic, the official distributor for PLEO S.E.A. If you place an order for a product that is in stock it will typically ship on the next business day. The arrival date of your product will depend on the shipping service selected during checkout.

Products that are offered as pre-orders will ship when they become available in the warehouse. You will be notified by email when the product is received in stock and your order is processed.

Delivery Options
All orders will be shipped by recognized courier service.

Standard Delivery
Standard Delivery ships by Ground service and usually takes 8-12 business days.

Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we’ll send an e-mail notifying you of the return and issue a full refund (excluding shipping charges).
Please note that we are unable to re-ship orders that are returned as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, please place another order at PleoRoom.com.

If you suspect your order was deemed undeliverable, you should receive confirmation of its return or a refund within four weeks of the estimated delivery date. If more than four weeks have passed, please contact customer service.

Import Duties And Taxes
Import dutues and taxes (if any) shall be borne by the buyer and made payable by the buyer to the buyer to their own respective Customs And Duties Department in their respective country (if applicable)
